Fuerza Cruda is a lifelong research and artistic movement exploring the internal dialogue, self-perception, and behavioral patterns that define how women relate to their bodies, themselves, and others—an ongoing act of radical self-awareness, grounded in the question of what we believe to be true, and how those beliefs shape our behaviors and relationships.

Through interviews (podcast/docuseries), photography, video, painting, collage, and participatory sessions, I’m documenting the raw truths of how we see ourselves—how shame, beauty standards, societal constructs, trauma, and resilience shape our identity, our behaviors, and our relationships.

This is a global, ongoing archive—part research, part ritual, part rebellion, part creative expressive necessity.

The work culminates in large-scale exhibitions around the world that are more than just art spaces—they serve as spaces for collective awareness and reflection. Each exhibition hosts panels, talks, and offers access to mental health resources focused on self-awareness, internal dialogue, behavioral patterns, relational dynamics, mindfulness, and the stories we carry about who we are and what is true.

Fuerza Cruda is about facing our rawness—emotionally and physically—and finding our strength in the choice to live, relate, and create from that place. It’s about meeting ourselves in our most vulnerable, liberated form and letting go of everything that limits us from living as who we truly are. It’s about choosing rawness and vulnerability over perfection, truth over silence, and finding power in the decision to live without fear of being who we are.
