The change begins with women changing the dialogue in our heads and accepting that they we are worthy, that we can live in our truth and not be scared of anyone or anything. It begins by our reconnection with our bodies, our acceptance of our bodies, and our acceptance of ourselves.

The photography sessions serve as a transformational experience allowing us to face our insecurities and limiting beliefs, and choosing instead to get emotionally and physically naked, feel liberated, and be photographed in our most raw, liberated selves.

The experience allows us to feel a freedom and love that we’ve never felt before. I believe that experiencing that freedom, even for a split second, can completely alter the way we live our lives and our relationship with ourselves.
