Exploring the internal dialogue and relationship we hold with our bodies and ourselves - through performance, photography, collage, and painting.

Fuerza Cruda (Raw Force) is a lifelong research and artistic movement that investigates how internal dialogue and self-perception shape the way women relate to their bodies, themselves, and others. It is an ongoing act of radical self-awareness, questioning what we believe to be true—and how those beliefs dictate our choices and relationships.

Through interviews, photography, video, painting, collage, and participatory sessions, I am creating a global archive of women’s stories—uncovering how shame, beauty standards, societal constructs, trauma, and resilience leave their mark on identity and expression. This body of work is part research, part ritual, part rebellion, and above all, a creative necessity.

The project culminates in large-scale exhibitions around the world that are more than art spaces—they become arenas for collective awareness. Each one integrates panels, talks, and access to mental health resources that invite participants to examine their own internal dialogue, relational patterns, and truths.

At its core, Fuerza Cruda is about meeting ourselves in our most vulnerable, liberated form—and finding strength in that exposure. It is about stripping away what limits us, choosing rawness over perfection, truth over silence, and stepping into the power of being unapologetically ourselves.

THE PROCESS

It begins with a moment of real, physical and emotional vulnerability — a participatory performance where you're invited to get emotionally and physically naked and be photographed. It’s an invitation to sit with discomfort, confront shame, and choose to be seen in your rawest, most unfiltered state.

With the photos, I create a digital collage using your photographs, layered with plants, flowers, and symbolic elements that reflect your connection to your body and nature — not to beautify, but to reveal. The process culminates in a custom painting: a bold visual documentation of who you are beyond shame, beyond expectation, and beyond the stories you’ve been told, a celebration of you and your body.

Each stage of the Fuerza Cruda process is designed to illuminate and celebrate your truth — to give form to your strength, your presence, and the voice that’s always been yours.
